These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexus platform and website at nexusmeai.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nexus provides AI-powered automation agents for marketing, sales outreach, and customer support (the "Service"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Access is granted upon successful payment processing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using Nexus, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Plans:
- Starter — $497/month: Up to 3 AI agents, marketing + sales automation
- Growth — $997/month: Unlimited AI agents, full CRM integration, priority support
- Scale — $2,997/month: Enterprise features, dedicated onboarding, custom workflows
Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Free Trial and Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers receive a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days, contact support@nexusmeai.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@nexusmeai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day guarantee period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email or spam in violation of applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its components
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Nexus platform, brand, software, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content or data you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Content generated by our AI agents on your behalf (emails, blog posts, outreach sequences) is owned by you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SPECIFIC RESULTS (INCLUDING REVENUE TARGETS) WILL BE ACHIEVED. AI-GENERATED CONTENT SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE USE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation, except for claims involving intellectual property or emergency injunctive relief.
13. Changes to These Terms
